1) Are your oil paintings made by machine? 
All the oil paintings on this web site are completely hand made by our talented artists.

2) What is the quality of your paintings and does it look exactly like the picture on the web page?
All paintings are high-medium to high quality, except Standard Collection is regular quality.If you wish to order in top quality, please let us know. Every artist has own style and own finishing touch, therefore, we can't guarantee the paintings as the same because they are hand painted. However, we will arrange different levels of the experienced artists according to the quality and the price. In order to maintain the highest quality and accuracy, every pieces of our paintings will be technically inspected by our art director.

3) Why are your prices so low but with museum quality?
DafenArtOnline.com specializes in providing museum quality hand painted oil paintings but with lowest cost(You can go to google.com to compare the price and see our museum quality here) . That's because DafenArtOnline.com is a manufacturer in China, You buy the art directly from us. No any middle people. Buying from DafenArtOnline.com gives you the opportunity to purchase oil paintings at the wholesale price and best quality.

4) Do you provide frame and stretching service?
We only provide frame and stretching service to wholesale order.We let the customer choose the frame to match their decoration. Most of the time, the painting can be framed at local frame shop for a lower price than buying paintings that are framed. The flexibility is yours.This is why we sell the paintings unframed.

5) How long will I need to wait for the painting?
The artwork usually takes about 6-10 days. Wholesale order will depends on order detail which usually about 15 days.

6) How much are the shipping costs?
Items not exceeding 0.5kgs:25.00USD, each additional 0.5kgs add 8.50USD.. Wholesale order is charged depends on actual order detail.

7) What are the shipping methods?
We usually ship by EMS or DHL . We will notify you what shipping method in the tracking number when order is completed and shipped. You may go to their web site to track:

8) Is it safe to purchase on your web site?
Absolutely! Opaintings.com doesn't collect any information from you except your orders. All the payment transactions will be processed by Paypal.

9) Do you sell worldwide?
Yes, but we reserve the right to refuse the orders from the countries of high fraud payment.

10)What sizes of painting are you offer?
Our general sizes are 8*10inch,16*20inch,'20*24inch,24*36inch,36*48inch,30*40inch,48*72inch. However, customers can require any other sizes.

11)Is this legal?
Absolutely. We stress that these works are reproductions and do not attempt to pass them off as originals.

We only produce copies of works which have passed out of copyright and into the public domain. The basic rule for this is that the artist must have been dead for at least seventy years: unfortunately, this means that we cannot offer works by such wonderful artists as Klee, Matisse, Picasso, Mondrian, Kandinsky, to name but a few - but there’s still a whole five or six centuries of other genius to choose from!
